Important Information


Shuttle Bus  New!
  • Those who reserved ISCOM exclusive shuttle bus from Sendai station to the hotel are requested to proceed the EAST Exit of the Sendai station. Here is the map.
  • The 1st bus from Sendai station (15:00 on 24th September) and the 1st bus from the hotel (13:30 on 29th September) are fully booked.
  • The 2nd bus from Sendai station (18:00 on 24th September) and the 2nd bus from the hotel (16:00 on 29th September) are still avairable. Those who would like to take the bus onsite, please ask the ISCOM staff there.


  • Check-in
  • ISCOM check-in counter is located in the hotel lobby on the 1st floor.
  • Those who arrive on Monday or thereafter are kindly requested to visit the ISCOM office located in room Pearl on the 3rd floor for check-in.
  • Each ISCOM participant will receive a symposium kit and room key upon registration.


  • Meals
  • Welcome reception on 24th September, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served in the restaurant "Mori-to-Soyokaze" located on the 2nd floor.
  • Breakfast will be served from 6:30 to 10:00 (9:30 last entry).


  • Name Badges
    Participants and accompanying persons are required to wear the official symposium name card on all symposium occasions.

    Refreshments
    Refreshments are served in the lobby on the 3rd floor during breaks between the oral sessions.

    Internet Access
    Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel including the conference room.

    Secretariat
    The ISCOM office is located in room Pearl on the 3rd floor opposite to the conference room.

    Photography and Video Policy
  • On the grounds of copyright, please refrain from taking photos or videos of slides/posters until given permission by authors.
  • ISCOM2017 staff will take snapshots of presenters and group photos.


  • Disclaimer
    The organizers are not liable for damages and /or losses of any kind which may be incurred by the Conference delegates or by any other individuals accompanying them, both during the official activities as well as going to/from the Symposium. Delegates are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
